His passion lies in Training Delivery, Content development and design as well as Strategic management of the organizational learning needs. He has gained over 12+ years of experience in Training & Development for a range of industries from Telecommunications, Construction, ITES, KPO, to Retail – Food, Fashion & Electronics, Visa and Immigration. Training is a way of life for him, as Skills development and Performance Improvement is his passion.

He is also a Technical Specialist in Cloud, DevOps, Application Development, Content Management platforms and AI & ML. As a Senior Technical Architect in Blenheim Chalcot IT Services India Pvt. Ltd His key role and responsibility are in Cloud computing, Professional Services Implementation & Integration, Mobile application development, software development, software testing, Azure, AWS, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud & Infrastructure, Product Engineering, Data Governance, and IT Security. He has a lot to offer when it comes to Tech training and delivery.
Shrinivas Krishnamurthy
Product Owner
Shrinivas Krishnamurthy is a Product Owner at Blenheim Chalcot India. He spends his days leading product squads who work in a variety of tech stacks in multiple domains to achieve delivery excellence through rapid ideation and feature implementation. He specializes in Agile scrum methodologies and guides teams in the adoption of scrum practices for their workloads. Before re-joining BC in 2022, Shri was part of the earlier Agilisys office in India between 2004 and 2010 after which he left to join some of the exciting tech startup ventures that India has seen in the last decade.

Harshada is a Project Manager & Scrum Master at Blenheim Chalcot . She has been with the company for over 5 years and has grown tremendously over time by handling diverse challenging projects. She specializes in product delivery. Before joining BC, she worked with leading tech and product-based companies like JustDial, HSBC and Capgemini. Harshada by education background is Master’s in Computer Sciences and pursued MBA. Her unique combination of Tech and Management skillset brings a great value on the table.
Darshana Goradia
Delivery Manager - Technology
Darshana is a technology leader who has successfully led the incubation of various products for BC. She has been with the BC family for over 11 years now and heads the technology delivery workstreams. Her contributions have led BC India to be recognized as a rapid MVP-led new incubation strategic unit as well as accelerating venture roadmap with rapid delivery of production-ready MVPs. With her strong work ethic, attitude, and commitment, Darshana emboldens and inspires the team and all her colleagues with core values. She encourages collaborative & supportive team engagement. She trusts her team and inculcates a culture of complementing strengths and supporting challenges. She is innovative and thinks out of the box to proactively contribute to the product roadmap based on learnings in other products, and incubations.
